The Chef Power Program

The Chef Power Program is all about getting you to the top of your game. Need more energy? Need to tackle weight gain or tanking health? This is the program for you. We will spend 6 success focused months working through your road blocks and launching you into the future you deserve.

The Chef Power Program is a 6 month private coaching transformation.

  • Stage 1: Powerful Home

    A chance to kick start your healthy eating habits, and get your morning and evening routines inline with those of the most successful people on the planet. We will kick lazy snacking to the curb and fill you will foods that energize and heal.

    In this stage you will establish regular eating habits. You will see a marked improvement in your mood, your energy levels, and your sleep quality.

  • Stage 2: Powerful Work

    Now we take the focus to the kitchen. You will start training your mind to work in ways that are more sustainable for your body and your mind. You will learn interpersonal skills and how to be a better leader and team member.

    In this stage you will notice better, more energized shifts. You will be better able to stay calm in tough situations. You will gain the ability to focus and sustain incredible work until the job is done.

  • Stage 3: Powerful Life

    Here we get to bring it all together. We will tackle stress management and look at the places in your lifestyle where you are sabotaging your success. You will work on sleep habits and improve the quality of your sleep so that your body can repair and re-energize. You will start making plans for your future success. You will set goals that you know you can reach.

    In this stage you will notice an increase in energy both in and out of work. You will experience weight loss, clearing skin, and better overall health.

my name is Laura McWilliams.

I am a cook, chef, baker, pastry chef, teacher, dancer, and holistic health coach. I was born and raised on Whidbey Island, and have spent my entire adult life in the Pacific Northwest, from Bellingham to Portland, to Orcas Island. I love the culture, I love the people, I love the food. And I love the industry. These days, wellness is totally my jam. I eat great, take very good care of my body, and I am passionate about spreading health education through the industry. I design programs that excite and inspire. I want to be a role model for kitchen workers everywhere- it is possible to do the work that you love and still be healthy. Why am I a coach?

I believe that it is possible to lead a healthy life and still do the amazing work that you do. I believe that the industry is ready to go to the next level, to become more sustainable for the people who work in it. There is no reason why restaurant workers need to be doomed to a life of unhealthy eating and drinking and getting fat and sick and old.  We are the strongest, most capable people that there are. We can do better. I want to elevate the industry. One kitchen at a time.
