This week I am hosting a guest podcast episode, due to my having had the flu for the last 2 weeks and not being fit to do any recording. This is an incredible interview with Dan Barber of Blue Hill in New York about the future of farming for restaurants and the reasons why our current seeds are selected ( spoiler alert- it's not for flavor!)
