Welcome to season 2! I am excited to be back in action. I am starting this season off with a special episode featuring three of the kitchen folk from Saltine, a new restaurant opening today downtown. We will talk to Chef and Co owner Craig Serbousek, Sous Chef Sally Wolff, and Line Cook Extraordinaire Tyler Wilbourne.
