Episode 11: Dylan Reboulet, The Mount Bakery

Welcome back! Today I am talking to Dylan Reboulet, Chef at The Mount Bakery. The Mount Bakery has a cafe downtown and one in Fairhaven, offering breakfast, lunch, and pastries at both locations. They really are one of Bellingham's institutions, keeping it real with delicious, simple, soulful food, and a scratch bakery that rivals ones you will find in the big cities. It was nice to sit down in the Fairhaven cafe with Dylan after closing, and spend a quiet hour learning more about what goes on behind the scenes and how Dylan and the Owner, Vince, take care of their crew and their customers.
