Making your Iphone work for you, not against you.
I recently read this article on medium about how to reconfigure your phone to not add stress and anxiety to your life. Granted, I haven’t made it through all of the steps, but just the first one was a game changer for me. We don’t know yet what the effect of all this phone time will be on our brains in the long term, but it’s safe to assume that they aren’t great. Phones run our worlds, but they are also stressing us out, and needlessly so. I highly recommend this article for any iphone user. If you implement just one of these steps, you will be better off.
